Your privacy is important to us. The information you enter in the HealthHub is protected by federal and state laws.

What is HealthHub?

The HealthHub allows Alliance Health (Alliance) members and legally responsible parties to access education about their health and wellness. You can answer questions about health issues you may be having, and the platform will produce recommendations you may follow. You may also complete a risk assessment that will require you to enter your personal information. This information does not replace medical advice or diagnosis and should not be used for health issues that are deemed an emergency. Alliance works with a company called WebMD Ignite who operates the HealthHub. Any information generated by the site is produced by WebMD Ignite. 

Is my Personal Information safe?

Nothing on the internet is ever 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee everything will always be safe. You are not required to enter any personal information on this site unless you choose to receive a copy of your recommendations or take a risk assessment. Personal Information includes but is not limited to any information such as your name, address, and email address. Is my child's information safe?

Our websites are not meant for children under 18. WebMD Ignite does not knowingly collect or request personal information from children under the age of 18. There may be times when a minor over the age of 13 may be seeking certain services on their own and the need arises to access information. Do I have to share my Personal Information?

No. The decision to share personal information is voluntary, which means you can choose whether to share it or not. 

Will Alliance Health ever share my information with others?

We may share your Personal Information if:

* There is a legal request to share it or to comply with a law.

*We are allowed by law to share your information.

* There is a government request to look into claims of fraud.

* You gave us permission to share it.

Are links to other websites protected?

No. The HealthHub (WebMD Ignite website) is not an Alliance website, and you access a third-party website by clicking the link from Alliance’s website. In addition, the WebMD Ignite websites may have links to outside web sites. If you click those links, you will leave the WebMD Ignite web site. Alliance nor WebMD Ignite controls those sites or their privacy practices.

Can Alliance fix errors or problems I encounter while using the HealthHub?

Alliance does not operate the HealthHub site and cannot guarantee that the website will not have errors (mistakes). Alliance cannot know that this website and its server are free of computer viruses. Alliance does not guarantee that this site will always be available, open, running, timely, secure, accurate, complete, or error-free. Alliance also cannot guarantee connection to the internet to access information.  

Will this privacy policy change?

Yes, Alliance may make changes to this Privacy Policy. Any changes will become active when the revised version is posted. The next time you visit the Alliance HealthHub portal, after revisions are posted, your use will fall under the terms of the new Privacy Policy. Users should check the policy for any updates.
