Individual Pizza


Ingredients

  • 2 long, whole-grain rolls

  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce

  • 4 ounces cooked turkey slices

  • 1/4 cup grated reduced-fat mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup grated reduced-fat cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced green pepper

  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced onion


Directions

Preheat oven to 475°F. Cut rolls in half and spread pizza sauce over each half. Top with turkey, cheese, and vegetables. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.


Serves 4

Each serving contains about 175 calories, 5 g fat, 2.4 g saturated fat, 23 mg cholesterol, 700 mg sodium, 21 g carbohydrates, 3 g fiber, 5 g sugar, and 12 g protein.
