Sitting with Crutches (Non-Weight Bearing)

Choose a preferred language

1. Back up until you can feel the chair at the back of your legs.

2. Put both crutches in the hand on the side of the affected foot.

3. Reach for the arm rest moving the affected foot out in front.

4. Slowly lower yourself into the seat.
