Step-by-Step: Laying Your Baby Down to Sleep

Choose a preferred language

Remove any bumper surrounding the mattress on the inside of the crib. Remove any blankets or stuffed animals from the crib. Gently lay your baby down in the crib on their back. Make sure not to lay your baby down on their stomach or side.
